Behringer Bass V-Amp Desktop Virtual Bass Amplifier

Endorsed by Alphonso Johnson, Ken Taylor and Hellmut Hattler, three of today’s hottest players, this is the ultimate tone toolbox for bass, acoustic/electric guitar and keyboard players! It’s like having 4 modelers in a box — for the price of one. Choose from 32 classic amps, 23 legendary speaker cabinets and 16 killer effects models.
Review:
Feature:
There are plenty of features and sounds to choose from. The effects are also extremely good. I can’t belive that Behringer can put all these features into this box for such a low price.

Quality:
I only took off a point because of the plastic casing. However, I take good care of my stuff so I don’t think that I’ll have a problem there. It seems to be very well made and laid out.
!
Value:
I compared the features of this vs. the Bass POD. The Bass V-Amp has all the features (and then some) at half the price. Since I also play guitar and a “very little” keyboard, I like the fact that there are some amp and cabinet choices available for them as well. with the I saved on this, I can either pick up the V-amp 2 or the MDX4600 Multicom Pro XL Processor.

Desirability:
I wanted it as soon as I read about the features and saw the price. That’s why I bought it.

Sound:
This little box is great! The variety of amp and cabinet sounds that you can get with this is amazing. I’ve used it in both recording and live settings and was not disappointed with the results. The pre-sets are very usable.

Support:
Haven’t been in contact with them.

Overall:
I like he fact that you can add different presets, tones, etc. from Behringer’s V-amp website so that it pretty much won’t grow o! ld. As I mentioned before, I compared this to the Line 6 Bass ! POD, lat est Boss pedal, Digitech, Zoom pedals and found this to be the best value out there.
